We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Carpenter to join our team and lead the execution of our carpentry projects. If you have a passion for craftsmanship, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of carpentry projects, leading and motivating the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Participate in pre-job planning meetings, contributing expertise to project planning and logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee carpentry activities on-site, from coordinating tasks to ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
- Effectively manage team schedules, optimizing workflow to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

Carpenter II

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Lead Carpenter and Production Supervisor to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, demonstrating strong accountability.

- Assist in managing job site inventory, ensuring that materials and supplies are organized and used efficiently to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

Sales & Design Coordinator
As a Sales and Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing sales inquiries, overseeing showroom operations, and supporting our design process. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and distribute leads to the appropriate sales and design team members, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with all potential clients.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining showroom displays to showcase our products and services effectively.
- Lead the design team in drafting designs and blueprinting projects to create accurate plans and renderings for client presentations.
- Coordinate selections appointments with clients and maintain detailed records of selections for their projects.
- Support the permitting process by preparing and submitting permit applications, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Remodeling Design Consultant
As a Remodeling Design Consultant, you will guide clients through the design process, from initial consultation through project completion. If you have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, we want to hear from you.

Remodeling Project Developer
