Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your project. One of our Remodeling Consultants will follow up with a phone call by the following business day to learn more about your project and make sure we are a good fit and set a time to meet.

We realize that remodeling projects are a long-term relationship and it’s important that you’re heard and understood. After all, it’s your home and you deserve to get exactly what you want. Our initial consultation typically takes around 1 hour. This appointment can be done virtually by zoom, or in person at your home. For this appointment, we ask that all decision makers are present. Having all parties involved from the start ensures that we all get on the same page right away. If you can’t make this happen, that’s ok and we can always schedule a follow-up appointment when the other parties are available.

During this appointment, we will cover a series of in-depth questions from your general project expectations to when you want the project completed. Our goal is to get as much detail as possible, so we provide you with an accurate budget to ensure we are the best fit for your project and your family. Once we’ve had a moment to talk, we will get into the space and review it with you. We’ll be looking at existing conditions, what needs to be updated, and discussing design changes. Afterwards, we will walk you through the budget we recommend for your project, and explain to you our Design & Build process we use to offer fixed price construction contracts and next steps.
