Victor Legegue - Visionary and CEO

Victor Lebegue is the Visionary and CEO of VL Builders, driven by commitment, honesty, and intention. His background is varied, having lived in different states before residing in Colorado with his 6-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog named Moose. Victor has had extensive experience in the construction industry ranging from roofing, siding, and window installation to custom framing, home building, woodworking, and more. He also has a background in leadership, cost accounting, organizational structure, professional development, team building, and process structuring. As the CEO, Victor oversees the day-to-day sales, marketing, financials, and operations of VL Builders.

His favorite quote is “There are no bad teams, only bad leaders” by Jocko Willink. He enjoys reading books such as Start With Why by Simon Sinek, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki, and listening to podcasts such as Up and Vanished by Payne Lindsey. Victor wants to bring more standardized procedures, processes, and methods for business operations and quality standards in the construction industry. He also wants to provide long-term career paths and skill-building opportunities for individuals entering the industry.

Victor enjoys working with the team at VL Builders, where the right people are in the right seats, and they share the company’s core values. He pushes the team to always strive for more, with intentionality and open communication. When he’s not working, Victor enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, shooting pool, reading, watching true crime shows, or taking his twin-turbo 2019 V8 Mustang for a joy ride.
