Nick Daniluk

Meet Nick Daniluk, our Remodeling Project Developer at VL Builders. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Nick combines his hands-on field knowledge with strategic project planning to help homeowners achieve a seamless and on-budget remodel. He partners closely with our Design and Production teams to develop detailed project scopes, ensure accurate estimating, and set each remodel up for success from the start.

Nick first joined VL Builders in 2021 as an independent contractor and quickly became an essential member of our team through his dedication to craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork. Now, in his role as Remodeling Project Developer, he focuses on aligning design intent and budget, bridging the gap between concept and construction to deliver stress-free, predictable results for our clients.

A Colorado native, Nick studied Business at Colorado State University before settling in Littleton with his wife, Sarah, and their dog, Jaco. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, playing bass guitar, and cruising around in his 1956 Chevy pickup truck or on his motorcycle.

Nick’s favorite quote, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right,” by Henry Ford, perfectly captures his can-do mindset. Guided by honesty, dependability, loyalty, adaptability, perseverance, and a strong work ethic, Nick takes pride in helping homeowners bring their vision to life with precision and care.
