Victor Lebegue

Visionary & CEO

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the craftsmanship and creativity behind building homes. From riding my toy car down my dad’s job sites to cutting my first board, construction has always been a part of my life. But more than that, I’ve always believed homes are more than just walls—they’re places where life’s most important moments unfold, and that level of significance demands attention to detail, care, and a genuine passion for the craft.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how frustrating it can be for homeowners to deal with contractors who don’t call back, show up late, or fail to deliver on their promises. That’s why I started VL Builders—not just to build beautiful homes, but to create a process that makes remodeling stress-free and rewarding for every client.

Today, as the CEO and Visionary of VL Builders, I oversee every aspect of our business, from sales and marketing to finances and operations. But what drives me most is ensuring that our team delivers on what we promise: a remodel that’s on time, on budget, and perfectly suited to each client’s lifestyle. I’m passionate about creating a company that not only produces stunning work but also provides career paths for individuals entering the industry, helping them grow and succeed.

Every project is built on a foundation of commitment, honesty, and intention. As Jocko Willink says, “There are no bad teams, only bad leaders,” and I take that to heart every day, striving to lead a team that shares our core values and always pushes for more.

When I’m not working alongside my incredible team or with our clients, you can find me exploring Colorado—camping, hiking, and snowboarding—or enjoying some time in my garage. I also love unwinding with a good true crime show or book, especially Start with Why by Simon Sinek or Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki.

At the end of the day, I’m here to make sure that when you work with VL Builders, you feel heard, valued, and completely confident in the transformation of your home.
