Ann Weinheimer

Ann leads marketing and internal operations, blending creative vision with analytical rigor to keep our brand, systems, and culture aligned with our mission of improving lives by transforming homes, advancing our team, and giving back to our community.

Ann joined VL Builders part-time in 2023 before stepping into her full-time role in 2025. Her background spans executive support, marketing coordination, and operations across tech startups, design firms, and marketing agencies. This breadth shaped her into a strategic, detail-oriented leader who excels at building systems, automating processes, and keeping projects moving.

What Ann appreciates most about VL Builders is our commitment to strong client-contractor relationships. After experiencing poor communication in personal remodels, she is proud to work for a company that prioritizes transparency, accountability and genuine relationships.

Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and now lives in Wheat Ridge with her boyfriend, Nick, their dog, Iko, and their cat, Frankie. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, creating glass art and reading.

Her favorite quote is Vincent van Gogh’s “great things are done by a series of small things brought together,” a reminder that meaningful impact comes from aligning thoughtful details and that great work takes time.
