Gabe Santos brings a hands-on, integrity-driven approach to the construction process, supporting high-quality remodels through craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork. With experience in both the field and client-facing roles, Gabe plays a key part in delivering projects that clients can trust from start to finish.

Gabe joined VL Builders with a background rooted in residential construction and home services. He previously worked as a carpenter for a home remodeler in Colorado Springs, where he developed a strong foundation in on-site execution, attention to detail, and problem-solving in real-world conditions. In addition to his field experience, Gabe has worked in sales within the home services and financial services industries, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the technical and relational sides of construction.

He values the company’s emphasis on integrity in a service-based industry and takes pride in helping clients feel confident in the people working on their homes.

Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Gabe comes from a large, close-knit family and now lives in Wheat Ridge with his girlfriend, Eloise. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors fly fishing, camping, and backpacking throughout Colorado. You can also find him cooking, spending time with family, working out at the gym, and relaxing at home.

Gabe is guided by core values of faith, family, and growth. His favorite quote from Bruce Lee — “Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willingness is not enough; we must do.” — reflects his belief in taking action, showing up with purpose, and earning trust through consistent effort.
